The General Procedure Specification for Judicial Appraisal of Product Quality was established by the Judicial Appraisal Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Justice in August 2016. The Huabi Judicial Appraisal Institute and the Shanghai Judicial Appraisal Theory Research Society undertook specific research and development work. After more than one year's compilation and revision, it has entered the final stage with the strong support of peer experts both inside and outside the research group. After the standardization is developed, the Judicial Expertise Administration of the Ministry of Justice will organize expert acceptance checks, seek opinions from all over the country, and issue them in accordance with relevant procedures.
